1. Controller of personal data
Thaifundprop Co., Ltd. ("Thaifundprop", "we", "our") is the controller of personal data collected through thaifundprop.com. Registered office: 99/1 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. Email: privacy@thaifundprop.com.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect the full name and email address you provide through the newsletter and access verification forms, technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps) and consent data recorded through Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to (a) send the personalised dossier on residential property projects you requested, (b) operate, secure and improve the website, (c) comply with Thai legal obligations including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). The legal bases are your explicit consent and our legitimate interest.
4. Retention
Form submissions are retained for thirty-six (36) months from the last interaction. Consent logs are retained for the period required by Thai law. After these periods data is anonymised or deleted.
5. Sharing of data
Personal data is processed by our staff and by service providers acting under written agreements (hosting, email delivery, analytics). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by Thai authorities under applicable law.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the Kingdom of Thailand, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
7. Your rights
Under Thai law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to privacy@thaifundprop.com.
8. Complaints
You may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand if you consider that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable law.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
