1. Object
These Terms govern the use of the website thaifundprop.com ("Website") operated by Thaifundprop Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in 2021 in the Kingdom of Thailand, registered with the Department of Business Development under registration No. 0105564123456, tax identification No. 0105564123456, registered office at 99/1 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110.
2. Informational nature
The Website provides general information on the residential property participation programme offered by Thaifundprop. It does not constitute an offer to the public, financial advice or a recommendation to invest. Participation in any project is documented separately through binding contractual documents.
3. Risk acknowledgement
Participation in residential property projects involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital. Periodic distributions are subject to the progress and conditions of each project. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Thaifundprop is not a bank and does not offer deposit guarantees. The Website is not regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) or the Bank of Thailand (BOT).
4. Eligibility
The programme is designed for individuals aged 40 to 65 (born between 1960 and 1985). Eligibility is confirmed during the verification process. Thaifundprop reserves the right to decline a request without obligation to state reasons.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (texts, photographs, logos, layouts) is the property of Thaifundprop Co., Ltd. or used with permission. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written authorisation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, not to introduce malicious code and not to scrape content in an automated manner without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Thaifundprop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website. The Website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok.
